My Healing

Getting to this point hasn’t been easy. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a cycle of burnout, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, persistent fatigue, and pain that just won’t go away. For years, I pushed through, ignoring the signs. Until my body finally forced me to stop and listen. That breaking point became the beginning of real change.

Like many, I once chased what I thought was the “dream life,” only to find it left me depleted. Letting go of that path and investing everything I had, literally and emotionally, into healing was one of the hardest and most transformative decisions I’ve ever made. Though I've been learning about self-development for over a decade, it wasn’t until I truly broke open that things started to shift.

My healing journey has been shaped by practices that reconnect me to my body and its natural rhythms like inner child healing, cycle syncing, somatic work, spiritual growth, and nervous system regulation. And while healing is never linear, I’ve learned that it's possible to find peace, balance, and joy along the way.

A crucial part of my healing was learning to connect my body, mind, and spirit through movement and meditation. Little grounding rituals now anchor my days, reminding me that healing is a lifestyle, not a destination. Healing is an ongoing journey of growth and self-discovery.
